The Recombinant DNA/Protein Resource Facility offers automated Edman degradation for the sequencing of proteins and peptides. For these efforts, we utilize an Applied Biosystems Procise 491A microsquencing system supported by use fees and by donations from the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
