The Facility offers cost-effective automated DNA sequencing (with in the state of Oklahoma) via "BigDye™"-terminated reactions analyzed on an ABI Model 3730 DNA Analyzer. In our hands, sequencing reactions yield a mean read length of 800 bases (99% accuracy). Data are disseminated via a cross-platform server (PC, Mac, Unix, web) as electronic files representing the sequence text. Electronic files and hard-copy printouts representing the actual sequencing traces are available upon request
