Protein Sequencing: Utilizing an Applied Biosystems Procise391, we provide traditional automated Edman sequencing of unblocked N-termini. Includes both the raw chromatograms and lab analysis to ascertain the sequence. Due to inherent risks, please seek consultation prior to preparing your sample.

Mass Spectrometery: Utilizing an Applied Biosystems DE-PRO MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer and Proteomics Solution I package, we provide molecular weight determinations of proteins, peptides, oligonucleotides, et al. Additional services include protein identification by peptide mass fingerprinting, database searching and interpretation, post-source decay, and peptide sequencing by chemically assisted fragmentation. High-throughput automated acquisition and searching for large numbers of samples is also available. For other analyses, please inquire.

Robotics: Utilizing a Beckman-Coulter Biomek2000 and a Cartesian Symbiote, we can provide automated solution handling robotic pipetting on a variety of scales and platforms. Full-service, assisted work, and independent operation are available.

96-Well Plasmid Isolation: Using robotic solution handlers, we can amplify your bacterial library, isolate plasmid DNA, and assist with library assessments. A variety of plasmid isolation protocols is available. Pre-consulation is strongly recommended for best results.
